The Heart Hospital ER is a 9 bed department providing care to the highest-acuity patient population out of all HCA healthcare emergency departments. Our patients present with multiple diagnoses including, but not limited to: cardiovascular illnesses, sepsis, CHF, STEMI, and stroke. Known to locals as Austin's "best kept secret" in quality emergency care, the Heart Hospital ER has been recognized by HCA as having the highest patient satisfaction scores in the top 2 percent in the country. RN Licensure from an accredited school of nursing
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse with current state licensure from the State of Texas
RN licensure from state with the Nursing Compact - required to get a Texas license within 90 days of hire
PALS or ENPC Certification within 6 months of hire
TNCC Certification within 1 year of hire
