Unit Assignment: Acute Rehab

Shifts are (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am)

Compensation: Base Pay is exceptionally "higher" than normal base pay for level of commitment required as stated below in PRN II Defined Section.

• This position is non-benefited and does not accrue PTO.
• This position will not be eligible for critical staffing differentials or annual/market increases.

Job Duties:

*Responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the rehabilitation populations utilizing the nursing process.

*Special populations include vascular, wound care, GI, ophthalmology, and bariatric surgeries.

*The Registered Nurse (RN) oversees and directs the care of LPN's and assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

*When the need arises, the RN will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
*Requires completion from accredited Registered Nurse program of nursing.

*Must maintain current Idaho State Professional Nurse license, CPR certification, and hospital and floor-specific mandatory items.
