Registered Nurse Intermediate Care Unit Full Time w/ Rotating Weekends Summary:
Registered nurse with both administrative and clinical responsibilities to designated service area. Works with Director to plan staffing needs and oversee competency of nursing staff in order to ensure safe high quality nursing care is provided. The Clinical Coordinator will provide leadership in growth and development of new services in areas of clinical supervision. Provide bedside nursing care as needed. Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning, directing, and the provision of nursing care to the patients in accordance with the N.H. Nurse Practice Act, recognized nursing techniques, and clinical and administrative policies.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Recognize and respond to changes in a patient's condition.
• Provide assessment and care of the adult patient population.
• Demonstrate knowledge of normal anatomy and physiology of the adult patient population.
Provide safe medication administration for the adult patient population. Qualifications: Experience:
- Critical Care or Telemetry Experience
- Less than a year of experience
Licensure and Certifications
- New Hampshire State License or Valid Compact State License
- BSN Preferred
- ASN Required
