Cutting Edge Marketing Consulting Company in Northern New Jersey has an exciting opportunity for an Account Development Manager to join our dynamic organization. The Account Development Manager will help drive the growth of products and services across many industries with highly acclaimed companies on a global level. The Account Development Manager is primarily responsible for engaging and qualifying prospective customers and effectively transitioning those customers to our talented sales executives responsible for closing business. The Account Development Manager will be responsible for following up on leads generated by marketing activities that includes leadership, webinars, and live events, as well strategically prospecting into new accounts through outbound outreach. The Account Development Manager will follow up on inbound leads with value-added content and engaging messages, work with sales executives to identify and target new accounts, Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and build trust and confidence with prospective and existing clients. Requirements for this role includes a college degree and 2-3 years of similar business development background and a desire to make an impact. Technical skills include CRM knowledge, (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office including Excel. This opportunity offers a great salary plus bonus, and upward mobility.
