The Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) Application Release Readiness (ARR) team is responsible for the overall coordination of Application changes to Production Systems & Environments for all RAD (Regional Application Development) US, EAD (Enterprise Application Development) excluding Investments, and AMS US supported applications.  The primary focus of AMS ARR is to maintain application availability & stability after any application change event performed by Application Development or AMS. Activities include researching impact of planned events, coordination with Application Development and Infrastructure teams, supporting deployments, identifying collisions, documentation, reporting, and ServiceNow Change Record approver.


  • Coordinate releases to ensure the integrity of the production environment
  • Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Application Release Readiness process across the organization and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensuring  all IT teams follow the Application Release Readiness process for all releases and escalate any repeated non-conformity
  • Perform collision management for application and infrastructure changes
  • Manage relationships with partners throughout the projects
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
  • Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Review and approve in scope Change tickets



  • 4+ years project management experience in application development or maintenance projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship management experience with IT partners
  • Hands-on proficiency and understanding of ITIL process
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science or related field


  • ITIL Foundations and/or Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)
  • Experience delivering training
  • Technical writing background
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Insurance industry background
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or SharePoint
  • Bilingual - Spanish
