ADECCO GROUP is currently looking for a Remarketing Customer Services Representative to work in a contract role in Nashville TN 37203 to join our larger global fortune firm in a 12 month full time immediate hire position. Pay rate: $14.50/hour W-2.


Working hours typically 8-5, however somewhat flexible.
75% of day spent at desk,15% working with others and 10% spent in meetings.

JOB SUMMARY
The main function of the Remarketing Customer Services Representative is to update website to sell pre-owned or used equipment, inputs sales strategies and profit/loss with using strong EXCEL including Pivot tables and V-lookups.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Interprets and inputs sales data including sales volume, units, and profit/loss into appropriate database(s) as needed.
Prepares files for off lease and repossessed equipment.
Loads inspection, pictures and machine information into access database, web.com site or other channels.
Enters inventory into web.com and appropriate database.
Includes communicating with various personnel regarding the advertisement of units for sale and/or removing units sold from the publication.
Assists Remarketing personnel in the ongoing support of sales representatives, provides qualified backup when other personnel are away from the office, and in planning/preparation of assigned special projects.
Computes current market value of equipment using Collateral Values tables, green guide values or submitting a request to Valuations department.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred.
Excel required.
Ability to do vlookups and pivot tables required.
SalesForce data entry and reporting experience preferred.
