Responsible for Subscription Renewals in a multichannel environment meeting set deadlines. Ensure customer awareness as well as understanding of applicable elements of Oracle*s portfolio by educating customers on the value in remaining with Oracle's business solutions, business practices and or contractual implications. The aptitude to adapt to rapid change and execute on corporate goals and strategies as defined by executives in an ever changing business environment.
Holding the ability to interact, service and execute business on the channel/s that work for reporting needs and the client base. Strong verbal communication skills required as telephone contact is the initial and at times primary mode. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Additional job responsibilities can vary and be complex, needing independent judgment. Organizational, multitasking, attention to detail and written communication skills also required: Strong emphasis on accurately reporting on and forecasting business. If required communicate a needs analysis, customer position, business justification to enable a close. Lead transfers. Travel as needed.
Qualifications:
Drive the renewal of Oracle*s contracts to existing customers.

Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle*s portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.

2-5 years experience in sales or related area. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
