MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hours during training will be 8am-4:30pm with some evenings and weekends. Hours after training will vary with start times ranging from 9 am to 1pm. Schedules will be selected on the 1st day.
CS Rep handling inbound calls for Rx benefits
1-2 years customer service experience (any type). Need steady work history, strong CS skills, computer, efficiency.
High School diploma
