Are you a mechanic ready to put your skills to the test? Manpower is currently looking for Repair Mechanic for our client in Victoria, TX. This position will begin as a contract assignment for approximately 6 months in length.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Repair machine hydraulic and electrical issues
  • Investigate/resolve product problems
  • Repair machine fit up issues
  • Train, coach and assist repair techs in the assigned area on the technical aspects of their work
  • Coach employees in the assigned area on teamwork, general safety and skills development
  • Take responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others
  • Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and safe working practices
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Adhere to our core values of integrity, excellence, teamwork, commitment and sustainability

    Ideal Candidates will have:
  • Previous experience in a mechanic role
  • Previous hydraulic and electrical experience
  • Formal hydraulics and electrical training
  • Basic troubleshooting and hydraulics
  • Ability to read a schematic
