Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Request For Proposal (RFP) Analyst Role in Paterson, NJ. Open to candidates who have high level admin experience.
-Primary responsible for preparing responses for request for Information or proposals and Government solicitations
-Manage and maintain RFP data sources for monitoring multiple inboxes
-Implement and develop the operational contracts and pricing RFP strategy for all facility level, IDN and GPO bids for relevant products
-Review bids in detail to determine relevance and plausibility
-Ability to determine and prioritize the applicability of need in order to develop and implement a RFP project plan to establish a bid response team
-Aptitude to include cross-functional representation across sales, marketing, legal, quality, service, human resources, supply chain and corporate accounts
-Knowledge to analyze quality and relevance of replies and manages the consolidation of all inter-departmental responses
-Maintain the RFP database as needed including repository and boilerplate information to ensure information is up to date
-Collaborate with other departments
-Manage relationships with contracted vendors
-2+ years of experience
-Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
-Experience working in a sales and marketing environment
-Experience managing RFP responses in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
-Establish document proofreading and editing
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including quantitative and analytical skills
-Experience using SAP or similar data system
-Intermediate level of skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
