Duties:            Draw on experience with Size Exclusion Liquid Chromatography (SEC-HPLC), Reversed Phase Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC), Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CE-SDS), Ion Exchange Liquid Chromatography (IEC-HPLC), UV-VIS Spectroscopy, and Chemstation Software to characterize and determine the concentration of antibody proteins. Provide analytical data to confirm the stability, identity, and purity of protein antibody therapeutic candidates. Responsible for experimental design, implementation, and recording of data, including maintenance and troubleshooting of various analytical instruments, assay development and optimization, and presentation of results at project meetings. Maintain lab safety records and train colleagues on lab assays and procedures.
 

Qualifications Requirements: Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field plus 18 months of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. In lieu of Master's degree and 18 months of experience, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field plus 5 years of relevant post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
