Research Attorney in Eagan (St. Paul) MN for our client, a global leader of intelligent information, trusted insights and analytics.

Duration: 2+month contract 2017- 2018
Pay rate: depends upon experience

Adecco is seeking a Legal Editor for our premier client. This role will be on a team building a new feature for Westlaw. The legal team will work with the developers on the features and giving customer feedback to work with the designers on features and visualization of the new concept. As legal editor you will use Westlaw to perform legal research to assist the technical team in building out the product.

Law review and document review acumen.
Provides legal advice to the organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions.
Responsible for foreseeing and protecting company against legal risks.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the law.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks with accuracy.
Works under general supervision but independently self-motivated.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.


Must be a graduate of an accredited law school with 0-3 years of experience OR recent bar admitted or grads welcome for consideration
Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of Westlaw would be an advantage
Research experience on legal issues on the internet and related algorithms
Good written and verbal communication skills with exposure in change management.
MS Office Suites
Ability to deliver results with attention to detail
Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
