The Cognitive Security Group at IBM's T. J. Watson Center in Yorktown Heights, NY has an opening for a Research Staff Member to join us in tackling challenging new problems in Security. We are seeking an outstanding individual to bring new ideas and deep skills to both theoretical and applied problems in security.
You should possess in-depth knowledge of the field of security and privacy with a proven background in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning. You will disseminate, internally and externally, the results of research activities through publications, patent disclosures, seminar participation, internal documentation, etc. You are expected to have a proven record of innovation and publication, and will be expected to publish results of your research in top conferences and peer reviewed journals.
A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
