Resolution Analyst

Position Summary:
As a Grievance Resolution Analyst, you will directly support Medicare Part D (Med D) members with concerns related to their pharmacy benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing multiple software systems to research Medicare beneficiary plan/pharmacy concerns
  • Conveying resolution to beneficiary via direct communication and professional correspondence
  • Educating members on their healthcare benefits and ensuring access to life-sustaining medication
  • Meeting or exceeding government mandated timelines
  • Following turnaround time, productivity and quality standards
  • Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of Med D guidelines

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • 1+ years of Medicare Part D experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least two years of general business experience that includes problem resolution, business writing, quality improvement and customer service required
  • Detail-oriented with proficient research skills
  • Critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced/high-production environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
