Resource Planning Coordinator - Senior

Position Summary:
The Sr. Resource Planning Coordinator is responsible for completing access request forms for new hire classes and change of position requests and submitting them to the proper channels for provisioning. The coordinator will maintain a tracker of all submitted requests, follow-up on requests that are past due, and provide daily and weekly reports related to the overall provisioning status of each class. The coordinator will monitor mailbox requests, research and respond, manage issues and track communications related to requests. The coordinator will also process and update PARs requests for Vendor sites.

Additional responsibilities include coordination of outbound campaign requests. This involves, tracking, reporting and updating status on the requested campaigns as well as coordinating the start up of campaigns with the requestor and one of our vendor partners.

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of exposure with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of high volume call center experience
Previous experience in project management, call centers or workforce management desired. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's required
