We are looking for a Restaurant Manager whose main duties are to run the operations of the site . Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensures compliance of employees with established sanitation, security, safety, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices. Provides guidance to the development of a Delicatessen process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs. Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of Delicatessen operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving productivity data for reports: Following all Opening & Closing Procedures Proper food rotation (FIFO) Checking food order (Dates & Quality) Taking proper Inventory nightly, weekly, & End of the Month Monitoring waste and proper Logging of wasted food items Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions for Accountant, or performs work of subordinates, as needed.
