Retail Lending Technology (RLT) Production Management team provides infrastructure, platform and production support for Lines of Business (LOBs): Retailer, Credit Card, Direct Auto, Home Equity, Personal Lines and Loans and Wealth Management. RLT Application Infrastructure project team within the RLT Production Management team provides centralized project review support, application monitoring support, Business Continuity Plan support, Remedy and Incident Process Coordinator PAC 2000 Support.
This position requires highest level of technical skills to identify, create and execute non-functional requirements (requirements that are not explicitly specified by the business but needed to establish the Production Support Process for business requirements).
Possess highest level of technical skills within Retail Lending Technology Project Support group to assess and evaluate Infrastructure, Monitoring and Alerting, Production Support Process
Ability to lead and oversee creation of production support processes for applications hosted in various platforms supporting several lines of business
Deep understanding and or working knowledge on various platforms, infrastructure components like F5, firewall etc, SDLC/ALM, Agile etc.Required Qualifications
