In this role, you'll join our Solution Management team and will work remotely from a home office in any U.S. Major Market preferably on the East coast, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Solution Management. You will be responsible for:
•Driving revenue growth in the Retail industry.
•Identification of external partners who can help design and build market leading Retail solutions.
•Identification and documentation of Retail industry business requirements.
•Identifying the differentiators of Retail solutions to support sales cycles.
•Driving value of the Pitney Bowes Retail solutions through the use of value statements, industry metrics and customer success stories.
•Being the spokesperson for all aspects around the delivery and communication of key messages for Pitney Bowes Software Retail solutions.
•Leading external communications with Analysts etc. for the solutions designed.
•Providing Retail industry thought leadership.
•Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to determine how well the Retail solutions are performing against Go to Market Plans.
•5-10+ years experience in industry strategy, management consulting, product leadership or sales with focus on technology, ideally enterprise software.
•Deep Retail domain expertise; obtained by either working in that industry, or selling into it for at least 5 years
•Experience in defining Go to Market models for new software solutions
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
•Expertise in solution selling within the Retail sector preferred
•Ability to participate in and lead complex customer pursuits
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams to conduct solution design
•Knowledge of collection, analysis and reporting of statistical data
•Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise business processes (finance, CRM, supply chain, etc.)
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or economics preferred
