Current Need

The Sr. Revenue and Operational Integrity Manager position will report directly to the Director of Operations. The position is responsible for performing complex business systems analysis services for the business leaders, and reporting applications. The primary focus will be to provide leadership clear visibility of the revenue, ebit and variances to forecast for the lines of business as well as identify value and effectiveness of operational strategies, staffing and pricing models. This individual should have the ability to clearly articulate fluctuation in forecasts and work closely as a partner with the Director and other senior leadership to help identify gaps and build recovery opportunities recover to current forecast. The Revenue and Operational Integrity Manager is the primary liaison between the business’ operations, technology organization and internal BPO teams for revenue or cost impact projects. He or she is responsible for proactively conducting thorough reviews with all project stakeholders to elicit financial outcomes and deliverables. The Sr. Revenue and Operational Integrity Manager will develop tools and systems for reporting and making recommendations on strategy and operations.

The Sr. Revenue and Operational Integrity Manager will demonstrate professional experience in solving complex business challenges, and have the ability to form successful and sustained relationships with executives and operational leaders within the business. The Sr. Revenue and Operational Integrity Manager fundamentally, understands the business / operational finances, including but not limited to budgets and forecasts, services provided to clients and corresponding contracts, and tools utilized in the business to provide the services. He or she will also be actively involved in supporting strategic outputs including but not limited to office closures, and/ or other financial impacting projects.

Position Description

■ Strategic partner with Operations and Finance
– Partner with Director of Operations to set strategy and business objectives for the unit – primary advisor to the director
– Manage daily revenue tracking with the unit
– Engages operational and data management involvement on all variances
– Partners with operations to identify variances and effectiveness of strategies deployed to resolve
– Assists operations in articulating variances and recovery opportunities
– Liaison between Operations and Finance
– Assists operations in all financial requests and requirements
– Partners with operations to drive improved business and pricing/staffing models
– Assist operations with the visibility to financial goals and helps achieve optimal financial output, advises on system opportunities to promote operational improvement and effectiveness
– Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems
– Participate with leadership with sales/contracting and RFP responses as applicable


Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in consulting, project management, and/or deployement of business requirements to information systems.

Critical Skills

A minimum of 10+ year’s healthcare accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience.

Ability to translate technical understanding to action plans and issue resolution

Advanced use of Excel and other analytics tools

Demonstrated ability in relationship development and problem solving.

Proven ability to manage large numbers of tasks in an organized, independent and efficient manner.

A demonstrated capacity to work with others to coordinate activities and achieve goals.

4-year degree in business or computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements
10-25% overnight travel required
