The Revenue Cycle Management Project Director is responsible for establishing and leading a new centralized team focused on the full Revenue Management cycle for Global Services Americas. This includes engagement in client fee negotiations fee schedule setup production oversight/controls through to client receivables management. A minimum of 15+ years of financial service experience is preferred. Client and/or operation management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Deliver Service Excellence
• This group will create an integrated Revenue Management operating model across Global Services Americas covering all client/product jurisdictions and operating centers
• Internal (and potentially external) point of escalation across all business lines for the Revenue Management process
• Proactive internal leadership is required to bring this organization together and to find ways to optimize our end-to-end Revenue
Management function
Optimize Service Solutions
• Start by leveraging existing processes client knowledge scale technology footprint to craft the most efficient and effective end-to-end model
• Build consistent metrics measurement and reporting identifying ways to enhance our service accuracy and timeliness
• Emphasis on applying and delivering on the BEACON value proposition as relates to Revenue Management
Accountability for Internal/External Client Satisfaction
• Focus on specific action items related to improving service delivery and resolving service issues
Build the Future
• Group will be tasked to proactively engage with various stakeholders to build this centralized team and to improve controls and delivery
• Deliver upon the benefits of BEACON
• Engage with internal clients on needs and capabilities
• 4 year undergrad MBA preferred for senior positions (MD+)
• Multiple business line experience preferred
• See years of experience previously referenced by level
