As a Robert Half Technology Account Manager, you will use your proven sales and/or technical background to:
• Closely manage and identify consulting services needs throughout the local marketplace.
• Target and develop clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources and the internet.
• Solidify RHT's presence in local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
• Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions.
• Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met; strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
