The Robotics Centre of Excellence is a key enabler of the Pfizer Finance Digital Strategy. It will deliver the design, implementation and deployment of process automation through available Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology as well as ensuring regular control of the process execution. The Robotics CoE Controller Senior Analyst will report to the Robotics CoE Lead, and will be responsible for supporting the execution of RPA assisted processes in the production environment. This role will be responsible for monitoring the bots utilization, ensuring the correct balance of tasks among the installed RPA capability and optimal utilization of resources. The Robotics CoE Controller Senior Analyst will work closely with Business Technology teams to monitor the movement of the bots across multiple environments, connectivity with existing IT systems and address exceptions through documented SOP's. Role Responsibilities: Manage and monitor that deployed RPA solutions delivers the expected outcome. Identify exceptions, liaise with Business Technology support organization for resolution and escalation, and communicate status of issues mitigation and resolution plan to impacted operations teams. Ensure automation processes are being started/triggered as per designed process and methodology Coordinate with operations teams any prompt and manual intervention required to execute the end to end process Define, maintain and execute exceptions handling SOP's in alignment with business SLA's. Identify process improvements opportunities. Identify defects in the deployed RPA solutions, manage remediation, and document lessons learnt for process design and RPA development improvements Coordinate automation deployment in collaboration with other Robotics CoE roles and Business Technology support organization Identify appropriate metrics and targets, regularly report performance measures and analyze potential risks, opportunities, trends and patterns. Present summary to RPA CoE lead and RPA PMO on regular basis Coordinate with Business Technology to discuss with RPA Vendor(s) on software related upgrades and issues, suggest improvements, and participate with other users in RPA community Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or IT. 3-5 years' experience in financial IT solutions delivery and support of which at least 1 year experience developing and supporting process automation solutions. Programming experience in any language (preferably .Net, VBA, VBScript or other configuration/scripting type technology); Significant experience with systems production support, including planning outages and upgrades, communication, ticketing prioritization and SLA monitoring. Proven ability to understand key business expectation, criticalities and requirements. Knowledge of agile software development lifecycles, including experience of applying formal change control procedures and disciplines required Demonstrated ability to work independently with a focus on taking initiative and solve problems Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment). Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the RPA delivery cycle.
