This subject matter expert will deliver training and assessments for RSA's Global Services, our partners and customers. Courses in the curriculum will include both classroom training and virtual. Focused in specifically in the RSA NetWitness Suite. This professional will work with both corporate and field stakeholders to ensure that courses and certification exams are technically accurate and relevant to the current field environment. In addition to technology/product competence and training capabilities, this individual will need to be self-motivated and work effectively in cross-functional, dynamic project environments. This role will support training needs globally. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Work both independently and in project teams to deliver technical training courses and assessments for RSA Global Services (field), our partners and customers, including evaluation of student and instructor feedback for continuous improvement. . + Setup, configure and troubleshoot complex lab configurations for hands on technical training, including assisting courseware development as needed. + Deliver classroom and virtual classroom technical training and facilitate hands on lab activities, including cross-training/qualifying other instructors. + Proficiency in operating systems, networking, databases and storage technology. **SKILLS** + Knowledge of SOC/CIRC environments and operations, SIEM tools and platforms , APT and other relevant attack vectors and their mitigation + Knowledge of XML, Lua or other scripting languages + Knowledge of analysis techniques – investigation skill set- understanding network protocols in relation to security issues / ability to communicate network protocol knowledge and relate this to attack vectors + Strong consulting/customer facing IT professional skills + Demonstrate ability to take customer use case requirements and translate these into training solutions for the customer addressing their technical requirements + **EXPERIENCE** + System integration, SOC and Security Consulting + 5+ years technical instruction training in both live and virtual environments and expertise in classroom management + Fluent English required.
