POSITION OVERVIEW
Develops and maintains sales, pricing and manufacturing rules for configure to order manufacturing ERP system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs rule development, testing and validation for sales, pricing and manufacturing using expressions, local and global variables, option lists, matrices and configuration codes.
Performs database and matrix maintenance in the ERP system. Responsible for accurately updating values in the system.
Performs rule maintenance when changes are required.
Establishes customer/item relationships for OEM customers.
Communicates with Sales, Engineering and Operations to produce shop floor paper work for each discrete item. This packet includes bills of material, cut lists and assembly instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic manufacturing knowledge. Shop floor experience is preferred. The individual must have the ability to read and understand shop floor paperwork. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read with comprehension and write in an understandable, professional manner. Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings. Must be able to interface verbally with shop floor staff, managers, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Should be able to accurately perform basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Should be able to handle fraction and decimal numbers. Should be able to work with fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Should be able to identify and address errors on shop floor paper work, identify solutions to ERP system problems.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
None required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills are required. Required knowledge/experience with MS/Word, MS/Excel, MS/Outlook or other business software. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry skills.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Attendance is an essential job requirement defined as having regular, consistent, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance including the ability to work regular hours and shifts, overtime before and after shifts and on weekends. Ability to work as part of a team, including all related departments/plants or independently as required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 10% to 25% required.
