Manage financial planning and analysis processes for the Inertial, Control & Aircraft Management Systems (ICAMS) businesses. ICAMS is made up of sites in Cheshire, CT; Vergennes, VT; and Plymouth, UK. It is one of the four business segments that make up the Sensors and Integrated Systems (S&IS) business within UTC Aerospace Systems. The position will report to the Regional Controller of ICAMS and be located in Cheshire, CT.

Main responsibilities include the following:
-Work with the ICAMS Regional Controller and each of the Site Controllers to prepare the monthly forecasts and annual plan for ICAMS.

-Perform monthly assessment of EBIT assurance, support ICAMS management in execution of plans/initiatives to ensure that financial targets are met.

-Coordinate with ICAMS functional managers (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Development, Quality and Supply Chain) to ensure accurate forecasting and provide timely decision making data.

-Help to lead cross-site Management Reporting and Forecasting teams.

-Act as key liaison between ICAMS and SIS/UTAS FP&A.

-Support ICAMS and SIS management with presentations and special projects.

-Utilize ACE tools to drive process improvements and develop standard work.

Qualification:

-3-5 years of experience in FP&A or related discipline.

-Candidate should have strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates and demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

This position is a great opportunity to become a well-rounded FP&A analyst. Position will learn the ICAMS business and its strategies, how to effectively communicate with ICAMS, SIS, and UTAS management, as well as gain an understanding of the overall ICAMS business.

Education: -BA/BS degree with 4-7+ years experience

-MA/MS degree with 2-5+ years experience
