Responsibilities for this Sales Administrative Assistant job include:

- Executing special or continuous research and data analysis tasks
-Analyzing problems, determining approach, compiling and analyzing data, and preparing reports and recommendations
-Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties
-Contacting company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
- Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
- Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Qualifications:

- Minimum of high school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in complex administrative support for defense contractor is desired
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

The Sales Administrative Assistant will work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.
