The Commercial Card team is seeking a proactive and highly organized project coordinator who is excited to joining a fast-growing field sales team.  The Commercial Card National Sales team is primed to grow to more than 250 full time associates within the next 24 months. We are looking for like-minded people who can share our passion for success. As a member of the National Sales team, the successful candidate may have accountability for the following:

Plan and manage training events for field sales associates and leaders

  • Schedule and coordinate details for training sessions for new sales associates
  • Ensure all new sales associates are appropriately enrolled
  • Coordinate facilitators and attendees
  • Inform associates about upcoming training
  • Ensure training materials are current and on-hand for training
  • Maintain associate training records
  • Track overall program delivery
  • Identify and solve gaps
  • Document and continuously improve the process

Plan and manage small and large scale events for regional and national teams

  • Work with leadership to identify needs and requirements
  • Identify and secure venues and equipment
  • Identify vendors and facilitate contracts and pricing decisions
  • Work with communications lead to integrate multi-media into events
  • Attend events to ensure smooth execution
  • Document and continuously improve the process

Create and oversee delivery of onboarding programs for new field sales associates

  • Develop and manage to on-boarding checklists
  • Acquire hardware and software for new hires
  • Communicate plans and statuses of onboarding needs to associates
  • Document and continuously improve the process
  • Resolve issues quickly
