Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 10 years’ successfully selling multi-million dollar deals against an individual quota/target exceeding $25m/year.
  • Minimum 6 years’ developing, maintaining and obtaining meetings with new and existing C-level relationships beyond the CIO in the top ENERGY / CNR / Oil & Gas / Utilities companies in North America.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience.

 

Professional Qualifications:

 

  • Experience selling F&A, HR, Procurement, Customer BPO, AO/IO, SAP S4 HANA, plus Digital and Business Transformation is required
  • Expert in Deal Origination, Sales Process, Solution Shaping, and Contract Negotiations (strong MSA development and negotiations skills key)
  • Experience working within a large, heavily matrixed company environment
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to bundle multiple towers of work together into integrated value proposition
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
