This position is for Adecco's large Global Client who is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, empowering dental professionals. Administrative Data Analyst to identify and correct the Point of Sale (POS) data errors in an electronic environment by using and understanding the company's correction software.
On the Job Training will be provided to learn the company's correction software.
Works with moderate direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving some issues through team work. Handles multiple inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues. Prepares sales report for the group, processes data across multiple systems and may lead projects. Creates reports to support business objectives.
Matches valid distributor locations, end user accounts and/or products from Distributor provided data.
Accurately tracks details for monthly totals and changes for each distributor.
End of Month tasks completion
Manage the relationship with Distributor's accounts (email/phone)
Bachelor's Degree (+ 2 years of experience) Preferred
High School Diploma (+ 4 years of experience) Required
Quick Learner with very good computer skills
Must be experienced and comfortable working in a professional environment as a team member.
Capable and comfortable in completing repetitive tasks in a time constrained manner for end of month reports
Able to manage multiple applications at a time (computer applications)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner and grasp concepts quickly
Open to developing new skills (computer skills, computer applications)
Basic windows PC navigation and usage, including competency with MS Office suite of products.
Like doing repetitive work (data tracking, data comparing, data analysis)
Excellent attention to detail.
Candidate will report to a Team Lead but will need to be comfortable asking other members on the team questions or for help when needed
