Position Description

Responsible for the promotion of specific products or services. Duties involve direct one-on-one communication with customer or client. Demonstrates products/solutions and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services. Answers all questions concerning products/solutions with appropriate referrals where required. Will be responsible for all customer renewal agreements. May coordinate company product experts (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer's needs. May be responsible for reference site development.  May be responsible for development of demo databases and templates for sales presentations. Presents to new and present clients. Contacts prospects and explains feature and merits of products or services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques. May respond to customer request for proposal. May staff trade shows or coordinate site visits. 

This position will preferably be located in Atlanta, GA however an ideal candidate can sit anywhere in the United States remotely.  

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
2 - 5 yrs hospital management experience in area of expertise. 1 -3 yrs in specific types of software system applications may be required.

  • Prior customer/prospecting phone skills
  • Excellent people skills 
  • Proven success in goal achievement
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com 
  • Experience in performing presentations


Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of 340B Architect and 340B Program
  • Prior Webinar experience
  • Prior project management experience 
  • Prior process improvement experience 
  • Experience in difficult sales environments 


Education
Professional degree in area of expertise. Advanced degree may be preferred in some assignments.
