Current Need


Sales Executive needed to design, develop and deploy sales strategies and action plans required to secure targeted revenue for RelayHealth/AHi and other Patient Access add-on solutions and services (multi-specialty). Responsible for coordinating and managing all supporting business unit resources for the purpose of developing sales plans, performing opportunity analysis and assessment, and executing targeted sales strategies.   Target market will be new hospital market and the existing customer base.

Territory:  Southeast; FL, GA, AL, TN, KY, SC, and NC

Travel:  25%

Position Description

  • Meet and/or exceed all assigned quotas and all performance benchmarks.
  • Create & maintain a strategic sales plan for the existing customer base and new Hospital market segments.
  • Develop and enhance relationships internally and externally to drive adoption of solutions.
  • Assist ASM and AVP in identifying, forecasting and planning to exceed RelayHealth assigned revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage all relevant sales activities including but not limited to pipe line, strategy, cross departmental issues to achieve objectives.
  • Provide timely and complete reporting information on the status of the sales plan, pipeline and sales progress as determined by executive management.


Minimum Requirements
2+ years new account sales experience

Critical Skills

  • Demonstrated success of exceeding quota
  • Strong knowledge of  sales process/methodology
  • Must be able to work in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong Presentation skills (WebEx)

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of consultative sales strategies and process. 
  • Knowledge of strategic customer management practices and protocols. 
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and current practices and trends experienced in the healthcare Hospital setting, particularly Hospital Revenue Cycle and Registration process.  Knowledge of forecasting, sales strategy and plan development approaches to the identification and use of data to perform opportunity and market assessment. 
  • Advanced communication (both written and oral) skills. 
  • Professional demeanor and skills appropriate to interaction within the strategic levels of major accounts. 
  • Leadership acumen.


4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
