Contract-to-Hire opportunity: Adecco is searching for persuasive sales professionals in Saint Louis, MO. Our client is searching for goal oriented professionals only. The ideal candidate is able to thrive in an aggressive sales environment. Sales and/or upselling experience is a must, and you must be able to sell yourself as a strong candidate all the way from your resume submission through the interview process. + Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism and courtesy during all sales transactions.
+ Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
+ Respond to inbound sales calls promptly, adhering to outlined call metrics.
+ Effectively sell products and services to prospective customers and maximize additional revenue from existing customers.
+ Identify and maximize upselling and cross selling sales opportunities.
+ Ability to learn and master order processing billing system.
+ Be able to explain all products and services to existing and prospective customers.
+ Acquire and demonstrate thorough knowledge of competitors' pricing, packaging and products.

+ Must be available for any shift between the hours of 7:30AM-1:00 AM 7 days/week
+ Variable schedule; will include weekend hours, incentivized holidays, and split days off
+ Temp-to-perm period - 60 day training
+ Pay Rate - $15/hr during 60 day training
+ 56K/annual target rate after conversion

+ High School Diploma or Highest Degree Earned (including dates)
+ A sales focused resume including a sales focused Mission Statement.
+ Sales experience is mandatory and must include evidence and specific examples of some of the following: sales goals, quotas achieved campaigns, upselling experience, sales programs, promotions, and metrics using volume terminology.
