Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Sales Manager in Miami. My client prides themselves in being the largest promotional product company in the United States. My client is expected to triple in the next 5 years. The Sales Manager will be responsible with driving key performance indications, motivating employees, and guaranteeing outstanding sales results. Candidate will be managing and directing the daily activities of call center supervisor and staff inbound/outbound Carrying out supervision, call monitoring, coaching, training, and mentoring of staff Development of Inbound Sales plans to maximize average order, margins and the customer experience. Manages departmental budgets and revenue targets Conduct formal performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all supervisors and team leaders Identify customer trends aligning seasonal sales with planned conversions Developing new outbound leads targeting high volume customers and product bundles for optimization of sales Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals Build and foster sales culture Analyzes call type trends identifying key areas of opportunities and communicates effectively across multiple lines of business 7-10 years experience in high volume/fast paces sales contact center, inbound and outbound Minimum 5 years as a call center sales manager Minimum 4 years experience with outbound sales and leads Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Good understanding of workforce management (forecast and scheduling) Excellent knowledge around SLAs, KPIs
