Major responsibilities - Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner - Coordinating courses and training internal employees - Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed - Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed - Preparing travel and meeting arrangements - Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions - Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services - Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations - Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support - Composing correspondence and proofreading materials
