As a Sales Operations Advisor, you will work in a pharmacy operation setting at corporate office, supporting the national Field Sales and Specialty teams. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales performance, including the design and delivery of key metrics, territory alignment, goal setting, and compensation management and interacting. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.

As a Sales Operations Advisor you will…
Manage and maintain field sales alignment structure and metrics. Manage commission reports and payouts for the sales team. Implement contractual agreements to ensure that they are processed correctly. Act as a liaison with the field sales team and the specialty side of the business. Run reports and metrics to drive company performance. Interface with executives and make recommendations on the current and future state of the business.
