The Sales Operations Junior Analyst position is an entry level role within the SecureWorks Sales Operations Team. The initial primary responsibilities are to manage lead assignments for the sales organization, assist with research items in the database, supporting the senior analysts with database inquiries and providing basic reporting requests. The Sales Operations Junior Analyst is expected to manage multiple tasks and functions with limited supervision. They are also expected to provide input on current processes and make recommendations on improvements.
This individual would be a professional staff member, who works well in a team environment, is knowledgeable about the core functions of the company, easily accessible to all levels of staff and management and is customer focused. On an ongoing basis provide support on adhoc projects.
-Manage the Lead Assignment Process for the Sales Organization
-Maintain the Sales Operations Documentation Database
-Run basic reports for the Sales Organization
-Research items in the company database (Salesforce.com)
-Adhoc project support for Senior Level Analysts
-Provide project management support for smaller scale Sales Operations Projects
As a managed security provider, SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53.
