Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, or what we like to call a Telesales Coordinator, you’ll evaluate our customers’ needs and use your selling skills to promote our products and services.  You’ll leverage and support national marketing campaigns to grow our business while providing the ultimate customer experience.

 

  • Place outbound calls to existing customers who are eligible for promotions, and also receive inbound calls about devices and price plans.

  • Win back business from former customers by influencing them about how our great products and solutions meet their unique needs.

  • Actively listen to customers while using company-provided tools to recommend the best solutions for them.

  • Grow revenue by selling products and services that fit customer’s needs in a non-commissioned, fast paced environment.

  • Build customer relationships – earn their loyalty and trust.

  • Be accountable for meeting sales performance and customer experience metrics.

Qualifications

  • A two-year degree or one year of relevant experience.

  • Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

     

    Better yet, you’ll also have:

  • Experience working with national campaigns contacting and qualifying prospective customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to sell, meet goals and multi-task to solve customer’s problems.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with customers in a team-based, call center environment.

  • Comfort working in a constantly changing environment to meet customers’ needs.
