POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general direction of the designated Manager or Director, responsible for developing standard operating procedures to establish consistency across all regions, developing and reporting on productivity metrics, assisting with and establishing job training within the business unit, and special projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develops standard operating procedures for the Business Solutions group across all regional offices
  2. Develops and manages Sharepoint workflow process to handle service requests across all regional offices
  3. Develop and manage reporting model that will provide productivity, efficiency and performance metrics to Regional Managers on a regular basis
  4. Provide assistance to Regional Managers on business services projects
  5. Maintain and update business continuity documentation for all regional locations
  6. Review compliance to standard operating procedures across all regions to ensure guidelines and processes are being followed consistenlly
  7. Performs all related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
