Qualifications:
Manages the development, establishment and direction of global sales training strategies and policies to enable optimal productivity of the sales organization. Responsible for managing the design, development and deployment of product, process and skills enablement programs that drive elite sales performance within Oracle*s global sales organization.

Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Creates and executes training strategies aligned to sales objectives resulting in measurable increases in sales performance. Manages and guides the creation sales training curriculum, programs and procedures by teams.  Manages, and oversees the execution and delivery of complex global sales training initiatives Facilitates formal and informal presentations to executive management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate.  Works across and influences other Oracle teams to formulate and incorporate corporate strategies into training curriculum.  Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices.  Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training. Oversees management staff of sales training organization.   Keeps informed and incorporates new training methods and techniques into the organization to drive excellence in products and delivery.

Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success. Ensures a consistent approach of organizational policies and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in business related field. Recognized as the sales enablement strategic program expert within Oracle, and can be called upon as a resource to handle difficult or complex issues related to sales training. Determine and establish specific policies and processes that can impact the implementation of Sales, Sales Enablement, and Partner programs. Analyze and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and results. Act as the executive point of contact and escalation point for operations and planning.
