This position is responsible for prospecting & selling folding carton/print services to new customers as well as growing & retaining business in existing network of company owned and/or sales agent stations.

The sales representative is expected to effectively sell folding cartons/retail packaging, and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Sales Representatives are responsible for generating sales from existing & new clients. You will be responsible for the following:

  1. Account development & growth
  2. Identifying client needs
  3. Developing solutions to client needs

 Performs core-selling activities, including sales call preparation, price negotiation, execution of sales calls, & post-call analysis & reporting.

 Understands & sells services & solutions that apply to the customer's value chain.

 Develops & maintains Account Plans & integrates efforts with other sales reps on targeted accounts as appropriate.

 Champions the value proposition & ensures customer satisfaction with selling efforts before, during, and post-sale.

 Prospects for new business within target market segments, qualifies & evaluates prospects.

 Negotiates terms & Finalizes sales including appropriate documentation; wraps up loose ends; & ensures seamless transition of post-sale service activities.

 Achieve sales & expense budget goals.
