SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB IN AN AUTO PARTS PROVIDER IN CINCINNATI, OH --EXCELLENT DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY! Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Sales Representative in theCincinnati,Ohioarea. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining current relationships with existing customers and checks inventory levels of customers that stock product lines that they currently purchase from their company. Visit designated exciting customers on a regular predetermined schedule. Secure orders from customers by visiting the customer's facility. Responsibilities: Serve sufficient number of customers in order to achieve a volume of sales that is needed to meet goals set for the appropriate territory. Service assigned customers and work to insure that current purchase levels are maintained and additional purchased are promoted. Maintaining already established customer relationships. Build relationships with new customers. Make routine or surprise phone calls to new or existing customers. Maintain open candid communication with your Regional Sales Manager and/or Regional manager and the inside store sales team to unsure excellent customer service. Develop listening posts and observation posts within your assigned accounts to gather information that can be shared with store manager,, regional manager, regional sales manager and vice president of sales & marketing for follow-up and/or higher level negotiations. Commitment to quality assurance with attention to detail accurately checking processes, customer request and assigned tasks. To include sales leads forwarded to other KOI divisions. Continued development of and the demonstration of important customer facing skills that include but not limited to: excellent eye contact, proper speech, business appropriate manners, proficient listening, skillful questioning, skilled interpretation of body language, beneficial empathy, and competent at communicating appreciation of the customer's purchases and support. Assist in gathering pertinent economic and competitive data to identify and sales, marketing opportunities, and new product possibilities. Assist in the execution of territory development plan. Keep informed on competitors' selling tactics, and services. Provide feedback, special in-field developments, and information collected from customer visits to benefit KOI's marketing. Handle customer complaints and merchandise returns as required. Assist the store manager and/or the regional manager in the resolution of complaints that require a resolution that exceeds authority limits of your position. Promote a positive Company image by exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to KOI employees, customers, vendors and the pubic. This includes insuring that the quality of service is of the highest possible level and appropriate of our customer's needs. Portray a positive professional appearance and serve as a role model for other personnel through the enthusiastic performance of your assigned duties. Position Requirements: Minimum four years of high school Must have a valid driver's license Skills in the operation and usage of computer or laptop equipment, including data entry, creating and/or updating existing customer records, scanning and attaching customer information from external sources. Must be able to perform routine business math calculations accurately. Must be able to communicate verbally, read and write well enough to read and prepare reports. The ability to explain concisely a "featured" product's features, benefits, and sale price. Must be able to relate to people of all ethnic backgrounds with diverse and varying degrees of intelligence or competence. This position is a base plus commission plan.
