In this position, the Direct Mail Sales Representative will take a strategic, integrated approach to creating and selling effective direct mail. This position is responsible for prospecting and selling to new customers, as well as growing and retaining existing business.
- Responsible for new business development
- Must be comfortable prospecting and making prospecting calls
- Understand and sell all services that apply to specific customer’s needs
- Prepare client presentations and contract negotiations
- Manage, renew and present new offerings to existing clients
- Will work as part of a team to develop and maintain clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after sales campaigns
- Strategically sell by focusing on multi-level relationships at the client in order to understand the internal activities
