Responsibilities will include support for sales: Assumes responsibility for processing all customer orders and related data to meet or exceed customers expectation of shipping orders correctly and on time. Process new account setup Enter/Manage all orders submitted via email, fax for customers. Process orders and interface with the department and sales to resolve any order issues. Check order statuses Create order summary reports Correct IDOCs Contract pricing Create mass allocations and deliveries Updates all customer data changes from vendor guides related to ship to addresses, invoicing requirements and transportation methods. Update contract pricing as required by the customer service supervisor. Execute daily order process including allocation to customer requirements and generate deliveries to the warehouse management system. Manage back orders, cancellations, etc. and coordinate order release with sales and warehouse. Prepare and process credits and re-billing, work with warehouse returns area on pricing.
