OfficeTeam is looking for a qualified Sales Support candidate for a client in the Wilsonville area. This is position is Temporary with high potential of becoming a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great Material Exporting company. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. In addition we are looking for someone with the ability to understand sales metrics and meet goals. Above all else to be successful in this role, you must have a desire to exceed our customers' service expectations and build long term relationships with repeat clients. Responsibilities:  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statuses • Provide data to help the sales team • Coordinate shipping containers and freight • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience • Collaborate with sales team and suggest sales process improvements
