Client Associate will support a team within GWIM. Responsibilities: - Provides sales and administrative support to one or more financial advisors. - Responds to client inquiries both verbally and in writing, provides quotes, monitors accounts and posts transactions. - May also provide new accounts support. - Provides customer service regarding products and services. - Performs administrative duties for the sales team such as answering phones and responding to account inquiries - may discuss different services offered by group REQUIREMENTS: 1.4 year college degree 2.Minimum of 2 years experience customer/client services within financial/banking or related industry 3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 4.Excellent communication skills as will be assisting internal advisor teams and interfacing with external clients
