As the Sales Support, you will work hand in hand with a distributed sales work force in an effort to improve overall productivity. In this role, as the Sales Support you will provide proactive sales support to existing Account Managers and Area Managers by providing prompt response and service.
As the Sales Support, you will:
+ Initiate computer related processes and workflows on behalf of the Account Manager (Inventory entry, QTS Workflow, Price Agreements / Contract Renewals, and Price exceptions)
+ Assist with sales rep issue resolution
+ Maintain NAM Sales Hierarchy and account assignments for designated Geographic regions
+ Be the sourcing liaison:
+ New vendor set-up in Aravo (SSS vendors)
+ Purchase approvals
+ Order PPE and apparel
+ Office supplies
+ Computer and other misc. equipment
+ Invoice reconciliation
+ Facilitate insurance certificates and customer pre-qualifications
+ Complete portal requests and assignments of Field Service Representatives
+ Order check requests
+ Attend seminar / meeting planning (including presentation creation and set-up and attendee handouts)
+ Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
+ Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
+ Build upon internal relationships and develops strong relationships with Account Management team.
+ Point of contact for all onboarding facilitation and requests.
+ Assist with cash collection as needed
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role / function
+ Demonstrated strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAP)
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Experience as administrative assistant or with customer service
+ Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and organizational skills
+ High sense of urgency
+ Customer service and results oriented
+ Strong analytical skills and business acumen
+ Team player, self-motivated
+ Demonstrated problem solving abilities
+ Demonstrated pro-active and self-starter behavior
+ Ability to multi-task, organized and possesses strong communication skills
