The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team in a fast moving and pressured environment. We are seeking an energetic team player that can prioritize your work and work independently to help the team meet its goals. This position is from 8AM - 5PM but does require some flexibility outside of those times. The salary for this position is from $40,000 - $45,000. Job duties include:

- Recording information and producing reports on promotional effectiveness and profitability
- Running and preparing reports
- Monitoring and updating internal systems, pricing, and product files
- Organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Processing orders and all appropriate documentation
- Other duties as assigned


- 2 - 3 years┬┐ experience in a similar role within a fast moving environment
- Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to achieve targets and work to deadlines
- Flexible approach to working hours
