Summary This position's main area of responsibility is to process a high volume of purchase orders in a demanding, high paced environment. In addition this candidate will be taking incoming client calls on our ACD line. Order compliance and client satisfaction are of high importance. Candidate is expected to interface with our external clients. In addition this candidate will also be interacting with internal personnel from various departments pertaining to order processing or shipments. This candidate is required to be self-efficient, detail oriented with the ability to multitask in our high paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Order Processing- Possess an understanding of order processing from Purchase Order receipt and placement through shipping, credits, rebills and DOA's as necessary. Orders must be processed in a compliant manner with accuracy having high importance. Provide follow-up and resolution to client raised issues related to orders, credits, freight disputes, shipping errors, etc. Assist with coordination of roll-outs and special projects administratively. Phone Skills- Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills as the position requires the candidate to take incoming ACD calls. Candidate will be responsible for resolving order related issues while ensuring client satisfaction. Communication- Understand & communicate software/hardware compatibility as well as external peripheral compatibility of VeriFone products. Compliance- Understand and enforce internal company policies and procedures and communicate as needed both within VeriFone and with external clients. Work independently- Ability to perform assignment with minimal supervision. Knowledge and/or Experience AA or AS degree preferred in Business Administration Must use written and verbal professionalism with all internal and external interactions. Purchase order processing and customer service experience Ability to adapt to changing procedures and work under pressure and deadlines. Must work professionally and ethically. Work in a team environment. Able to multitask, between phones, e-mails and purchase order processing. Excellent research and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Possess knowledge of Point of Sales Industry. Knowledge of order coordination as it relates to shipping and transportation. Knowledge of Incoterms. A Bilingual candidate is desired but not required.
