Making a difference begins right here, where you come first. Job Summary: The Sales Support Associate is an important member of the Philips Lifeline Direct Sales team. The successful Sales Associate will sell renowned medical alert products in the healthcare industry, upsell services, and sell other promotional products in a call center environment. The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for carrying an individual quota and expected to achieve revenue goals. This position has a competitive base pay and a lucrative monthly bonus opportunity with career advancement potential within Philips. Your Opportunity: Engage directly with customers through inbound and outbound efforts to sell our products Opportunity to interact with sales and marketing leadership Manage leads driven in by National Advertising Campaign No Cold Calling Required Work with program partners to update customer records Ideal Candidate: Pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Masters) Available to work part time nights/weekends Sales experience as a plus but not a requirement Charismatic, energetic and communication skills Result-oriented with a "go-getter" personality The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results Ability to multi-task PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word) Highly effective rapport-building skills Highly driven, self-motivated and competitive
