Technology Analyst, Global Sales Technology

Over the next several years, we will strive to develop an integrated Sales Technology platform that will support the Global Sales Operations team’s mission of creating a more productive and successful sales force.

We aim to shape the path for Gartner Sales in order to ensure globally consistent execution of our proven best practices by investing in software and solutions that support the following objectives:
· Simplify the user experience through fully-integrated solutions
· Help Sales Executives prioritize the right action at the right time
· Reinforce the adoption of proven best practices by serving up real-time guidance and resources 
· Empower Sales leaders to be effective coaches and drivers of productivity by providing them with actionable analytics and tools
The major day-to-day activities which the central team owns are:
· Coordinating with subject matter experts and senior leaders
· Representing the business needs to the IT team
· Evaluating and coordinating with current and future vendors
As a member of this team, the Technology Analyst will partner with the team leaders, IT partners, and other business partners to assist in the above activities as it relates to our CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as an expert on Gartner Sales Process and all Technology solutions
· Liaise with subject matter experts to represent the strategies and processes through technology
· Document business processes and open decision points, and help drive stakeholders to decisions
· Write business requirements, user stories, and test criteria across multiple process areas
· Support the technical design and development with internal and external partners
· Identify opportunities for improved processes and technologies

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-5 years’ of work experience
· 2+ years of experience owning and delivering quality outputs/tasks to support projects
· Understanding of enterprise technologies such as ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.
· Proficient at deconstructing issues through data analysis in order to drive continuous improvements
· Process-oriented - understands how to “operationalize” recurring daily activities
· Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
· Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
· Excellent communication skills
· Superior interpersonal and upward management skills
· Team player across extended environment
Preferred Requirements:
· Experience owning and delivering work streams within projects
· Understanding of and experience working with an enterprise CRM solution such as and/or SugarCRM
· Understanding of and experience supporting multiple corporate functions
· Knowledge of Gartner Sales Process and Sales Technology solutions
